  1. I love beets and I used to eat them every day not sure why I stopped. I will start eating them again for lunch every day.

  2. I love beets but don’t eat them often but reading this might of changed my mine. I just discovered I have Hoshimoto and also I take blood pressure meds. But the worst of all my ankle swells and I’m on a low dose of fluid medicine. I take levothyozine for the thyroids. So my question is will eating beets get my angle back to normal?
